Bragging and criticizing are not the way to happiness!

To achieve satisfaction in your private and business life, it is important to get rid of things that make you unhappy, says business advisor Jeff Haden. So get rid of excess "luggage" that makes your life difficult as soon as possible. One of those things is blaming others for your problems. The truth is, who works, makes mistakes, and other people’s mistakes can really make your life harder. But blaming others, you put yourself in the role of a victim and fail to see where you went wrong.

It is possible that you did not make it clear to your co-workers what your responsibilities are and what their's responsibilities are, or that you resented your boss with a negative approach. But if you take responsibility when things go wrong, you gain new strength because you automatically focus on doing things better and smarter the second time around, thus working on future satisfaction. However, at the same time, be careful not to fall into the trap of wanting to control other people.

Whether you are the boss or you wisely guide your colleagues, it is important to know that you can only control yourself and your actions - you can only work with others, with more or less success

Praising and criticizing is not the way to happiness

You may be more educated, experienced, and skilled in your job, but that doesn’t mean you need to shove it in your colleagues noses, nor that you need to criticize them for their flaws. It is important to appreciate diversity because that way you will have better relationships and feel happier.

Don't bother thinking "what if"

Once you decide something, do some work or make a mistake in something, face the situation and learn a lesson from that experience. And then stop thinking about it. If you rebuke yourself for your past mistakes, you will be doomed to eternal dissatisfaction.

Don’t try to impress other people

A new car, a nice apartment, a sound title and impressive achievements ... although it's good to have them, these are not things that other people love you for, but simply the most ordinary things. So don’t try to impress your friends, family and neighbors with this.
